How large is the space and how many people can you accommodate?

The Motor Co is 9,000 square feet in total and is able to accommodate up to 420 people at its maximum occupancy.

Does The Motor Co provide tables, chairs and other rental items?

Yes! We can coordinate with the rental of most items or supplies that your event may need, whether it’s tables, chairs and linens, or a stage and service bar.

What is included with my rental?

  • Customizable lighting system

  • Numerous power outlets around the periphery of the space

  • ADA accessible restrooms

  • Load-in/load-out garage doors on the north and west sides of the building

  • 41 parking spots directly across the street

  • Professional on-site representative for the duration of the event, plus post-event janitorial services

What is the cost?

We have multiple rental options depending on your event needs. Please call 509.676.2203 or fill out our Inquiry Form for your custom quote.

Other things to note:

  • We offer regular and nonprofit rates

  • All regular rates are for an 8-hour period, including load-in and load-out, and include all amenities

  • Additional hours can be added

Are we required to use your vendors?

We highly recommend contracting with one of our preferred caterers (Walla Walla Steak Co., TMACS, Bon Appetit) who we can coordinate with on your behalf. If you have a special need that our preferred vendors cannot accommodate, we will work with you to find an alternate vendor. All caterers pay a sales commission to The Motor Co for use of and for the upkeep of all on-site catering equipment, as well as marketing.
